The musical tells the story of Alexander Hamilton, one of America’s Founding Fathers, and his journey as George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War. The show is set to a fusion of hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, and R&B, while capturing the country’s early beginnings.
Since its Broadway debut in 2015, Hamilton has received a record 16 Tony Award nominations, 7 Olivier Awards, and the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, as well as the 2016 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theatre Album.
